Sample Inspection Report

At Higher Rock Inspections LLC, we ensure your inspection report is user-friendly, distinguishes between major and minor issues, and can be easily understood. Also, you can expect your report within 24 hours of the home inspection or by the next business day if the inspection is performed on Friday. I include plenty of pictures and clear descriptions to explain my findings. This inspection looked at the property (slope and drainage), home exterior (siding, doors, windows, deck, stairs, and ramp), roof, and any observable plumbing, ductwork, and structural components in the crawlspace. My standard inspection considers all of these areas as well as interior walls, ceilings, and floors, windows and doors for functionality and egress, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, structural components, attic, basement, stove or fireplace, etc. We aim to provide you with a thorough home inspection and your satisfaction is our top priority!
